  • Returns or exchanges are accepted only for products that are defective. You only request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • If pickup service is not available at your location, you will be required to self-ship the item to our address mentioned below.
  • In certain cases, return/exchange charges may be applicable depending on the nature of the issue.

 

📦 Important Notes for Return Eligibility

  • The product must be unused and unwashed due to hygiene reasons.
  • It should be returned in its original packaging with all tags intact. Items without tags will not be accepted.
  • Customized products are not eligible for return or exchange.

Orders can only be cancelled before shipment. Once your order has been shipped, cancellation through the website is no longer possible.
